Intercom is only available between desk phones that support Intercom. So if you would like this feature, make sure that it is supported by your desk phone hardware.
Video conferencing is one of RingCentral’s strongest selling points. However, meeting roles are limited to Host and Guest. When companies have large meetings with up to 200 attendees, only having two roles can make it difficult to effectively manage the meeting.
Without the ability to assign participant subgroups, it can be difficult for hosts to control who gets muted and who gets dropped throughout the call. Especially with participants working remotely.
