Refunds:

  • If you’re unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.
  • After 30 days, refunds are not available for hosting services.

Subscriptions:

  • Our hosting plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified in your plan).
  • Payments are automatically charged to your chosen payment method via Stripe.
  • You will receive an email receipt for each payment processed.

Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your hosting subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
  • Data associated with cancelled accounts will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
